TERMS OF USE

All the services, applications and content offered at LogicRoots.com will come under the purview of this agreement.

This "Terms of Use Agreement" sets forth all legally binding terms of Use of LogicRoots.com services, applications and content. By using LogicRoots.com, you explicitly become a "User" who has agreed to be bound by this agreement whether you are a passing visitor or a registered member of LogicRoots.com. If you do not intend to be bound by this agreement, you must immediately leave LogicRoots.com and not use any of our applications, services or content.

Eligibility

Use of and Membership in the LogicRoots.com is void where prohibited. By using the LogicRoots.com Services, you represent and warrant that

(a) All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

(b) You will maintain the accuracy of such information.

(c) All personal data given to LogicRoots via the LogicRoots.com site MUST be given by a qualified person (i.e. a person over 12 years of age) via their "LogicRoots User Account".

Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are less than 13 years of age and do not have parent permission.

Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use LogicRoots.com Services. LogicRoots.com may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect. Any changes to the agreement will be enforced upon posting of the agreement to LogicRoots.com

Account Access

When you register to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify LogicRoots.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

As a registered member of LogicRoots you are authorizing LogicRoots to send automatic email reminders of the invites you have already sent. If you do not want LogicRoots to send automatic reminders to your invitees please send an email from your registered email id to support@ LogicRoots.com with the subject: No Auto Reminders.

Fees

It is agreed by the user that LogicRoots.com reserves the right to charge for its Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If LogicRoots.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

Posting and Use of Content

LogicRoots.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by LogicRoots.com and do not represent the policies and views of LogicRoots.com. LogicRoots.com does not endorse and has no control over such content.

Posting and Use of Content

Objectionable Content

LogicRoots.com doesn't allow users to post personal information (Phone Number, Address) on public blogs on LogicRoots.com. It is also strictly advised not to post any disturbing, lewd, violent, sexually explicit, racism, hatred subject matters. Despite the prohibition and monitoring of the site, objectionable information might appear on LogicRoots.com. All users who come across such information agree to report the abuse to LogicRoots team through email [email protected]. LogicRoots.com assumes no responsibility or liability for such material.

Ownership of Material

LogicRoots.com does not claim any ownership rights in the Content that you post on to LogicRoots.com. After posting your Content to the LogicRoots.com, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through LogicRoots.com, you hereby grant to LogicRoots.com a limited global license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through our Services.

The user also agrees to allow LogicRoots.com to earn any money through way of ads being shown on the pages where the content is displayed. If the user intends to, we request the user to immediately take his/her content off the website. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on LogicRoots in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, we request you to immediately contact us via our Contact us form. We request you to also provide any info that would prove the accuracy of your claim and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. LogicRoots.com will immediately evaluate and remove the content from the website along with banning the user who has posted that content on LogicRoots.com

Non-commercial Use by Members

Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the our site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the LogicRoots.com is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the LogicRoots.com.

Illegal Activities

It is agreed by the users not to use LogicRoots.com for any kind of illegal activities, like sexual solicitation, financial traps, solicitation of personal info, threatening, obscene or defamatory activities, sexual imagery, stalking, Virus, automated scripts which will write comments onto website, using others account information, posting copyrighted and pirated material, chain letters, spamming, photos or information of other persons for which you do not have explicit acceptance and etc.

LogicRoots.com is committed to its users overall safety and reserves the right to work and cooperate with local authorities to take appropriate action against any user indulging in illegal activities on LogicRoots.com.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions on LogicRoots.com. LogicRoots.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Privacy

Privacy on LogicRoots.com is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.

Disclaimers

LogicRoots.com is not responsible and liable for the authenticity of content posted on LogicRoots.com or content posted in connection with LogicRoots.com. The advice provided by our expert is provided in good faith and is deemed to be true to the best of our knowledge. However, we are not accountable or responsible for any loss or damage, including death or personal injury arising out of use of our advice.

Any external links on LogicRoots.com posted by users, staff are not endorsed or checked by LogicRoots.com. We request the users to use their discretion while clicking on those links.

No offers made by users are endorsed by LogicRoots.com. LogicRoots.com takes no responsibility for such offers. Disputes

If there is any dispute about or involving LogicRoots.com, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the Civil court of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India without regard to conflict of law provisions. Either LogicRoots.com or you may demand that any dispute between LogicRoots.com and you about or involving LogicRoots.com must be settled by arbitration utilizing, provided that the foregoing shall not prevent LogicRoots.com from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Indemnity
